This menu* is tangentially inspired by Mardi Gras traditions in New Orleans and in France.

Creamy Jerusalem Artichoke Soup + Pralined Pecans + Sage Oil

Crepes with Brie and Roasted Pears + Field Greens Salad + Pumpkin Seed Vinaigrette

Braised Pork Belly** + Spicy Delicata Squash + Collard Greens with Pickled Apples
